Ingredients to make homemade ketchup-
Tomatoes- 10
Apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Honey – 5 teaspoons
Salt – one-fourth teaspoon
Garlic – 4-5 cloves (chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch piece (chopped)
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Method of preparation,
First of all, wash the tomatoes thoroughly and chop them and make a puree by putting them in a blender. Now put the puree in a pan and cook it on low flame. When it starts to thicken a little, then add chopped ginger and garlic to it.

Now cook it till the rawness of the tomatoes goes away. Now add sugar, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala to it. If you want, you can not add red chilli or garam masala to it. Now mix it well and cook.

Slowly the ketchup will start thickening. Now add vinegar to it and cook for another 5 minutes. Now filter the prepared ketchup through a sieve so that it becomes smooth. Cool it and keep it in a dry airtight container. You can store it in the fridge and use it within 2 to 3 months.
