The right way to knead the dough to make soft parathas,

Material:
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Oil or Ghee – 2 tbsp
Water – as required

Method:
Combine the flour and salt: Put 2 cups of wheat flour in a large vessel and add 1 tsp salt to it and mix well.

Add oil or ghee: Now add 2 tablespoons of oil or ghee to the dough. This will help in making the parathas soft.

Add water: Add water little by little and knead the dough well. Always add water little by little so that the dough does not become too wet.

Wheat flour plaiting: Knead the dough well with your hands to make it smooth and soft dough. Keep in mind that there is no need to put too much pressure while kneading the dough.
