Although India had discontinued Rs 1000 notes a few years ago, it has introduced Rs 2000 notes. According to the information given on the official website of State Bank of Pakistan, notes of Rs 5, Rs 10, Rs 20, Rs 50, Rs 100, Rs 500, Rs 1000 and Rs 5000 are in circulation there. That means even Rs 5000 note is valid there.
