There are many benefits of jaggery tea, but when it comes to making this tea, people often complain that their tea bursts. Often people make some mistakes while making jaggery tea, due to which the tea bursts. But by adopting the method we are going to tell you today, your tea will be absolutely perfect. Let us tell you how your jaggery tea will be made.

  1. First of all, take a cup of water and put it in a pan to boil. You have to add something else to this tea only after the water becomes hot.
  2. When the water boils, grind ginger, black pepper and cardamom well and add it.
  3. After boiling for about 30 seconds, add tea leaves to it. While adding tea leaves to jaggery tea, keep in mind that the color of the tea will be darker due to jaggery, so add a little less leaves accordingly.
  4. While your tea is boiling, boil a cup of milk separately to add to the tea.
  5. Always add boiled milk to jaggery tea. This does not quench the desire. If you pour cold milk from the fridge, there is a risk of the tea curdling.
  6. Now add jaggery to the vessel in which tea is boiling. Add jaggery in small quantities, so that it dissolves well.
  7. Remember, jaggery is less sweet than sugar. Therefore, whenever jaggery is added to tea, it will be added more than sugar.
  8. When your tea boils, reduce the gas flame a bit and now pour boiling milk into your tea.
  9. Now boil the tea for 30 seconds. There is no need to boil the tea much because we have already added boiled milk.
  10. Now your tasty and healthy tea with jaggery is ready.
