Musk says that this has happened twice in the last eight months.

Responding to the user’s post, Musk wrote that dangerous times are ahead. In the last 8 months, two people have tried to kill me (on different occasions). They were arrested with guns about 20 minutes away from Tesla headquarters in Texas. Elon Musk is shocked after this revelation.
