He has two shops named Amrit Mishthan Bhandar at Jyoti Chowk and Golambar in the city for 20 years. Although different types of sweets are available in these shops, but to keep the level of the shop high, a special type of sweets is prepared with milk, chhena and saffron. Because of its sweet taste, the sweet was named Madhur Bhog.

The amount of sugar in it is negligible, due to which even those who eat less sugar can eat it easily and it does not cause any harm. Diabetic patients can also eat this sweet. Angoor confectioner told that it takes two days to prepare it. On the first day sweets are prepared from Chhena and on the next day it is cooked in milk. After that it is poured in condensed milk. This process takes 4 to 5 hours. Told that 200 pieces of sweets are prepared at a time. Told that sweet bhog is sold piece by piece.

The shop became famous due to the sweet indulgence
Angoor confectioner told that the rate of one piece of sweet bhog is Rs.40. It costs 30 to 35 rupees per piece to prepare it, while the savings are not that much. Nevertheless, we definitely make it. Told that there is a lot of demand for sweet enjoyment. Because of this our shop is famous. A total of 4 to 5 other artisans also cooperate with him in this work. Told that the demand for Madhurbhog is up to Buxar, Bhojpur, Rohtas, Ballia and Ghazipur. Told that even for marriages, people get it made on order and take it away.
