Tapendra told that the most important thing in running a shop is honesty. We sincerely serve the best quality items to our customer. We never compromise with quality. The sambar and chutney made here once are used only for 4 to 5 hours. After that again make sambar and chutney, so that there is no sourness in the chutney from anywhere. Everything from vegetables to potatoes is fresh, due to which the taste is enhanced.
Let us further tell that we serve dosa with three types of chutney. Especially here you will not find red chutney in whole Ranchi, it is made from lentils and red chillies. Also, the spices used in the sambar here are prepared by our chefs. We do not use readymade spices from the market, so you will get the taste of this unique spice only here.
