Material-
Amla 5 to 6 chopped
Raw turmeric 2 chopped
Green chilli 3 to 4
Yellow mustard 2 spoons
salt as per taste
hot water 2 glasses

Method of preparation –First of all, wash Amla and raw turmeric thoroughly and wipe it. Now cut it well with the help of a knife. Now cut the chillies lengthwise and keep them aside. Now keep Amla and turmeric in a big glass container and also keep chillies along with it.

Now add two spoons of yellow mustard, salt and keep the water lukewarm in it. Now put the lid on and keep this jar in the sun for 3 to 4 days. Now drink it in the morning and evening. You can also add a pinch of asafoetida in it.
