Gaurav Singh/Bhojpur: You must have eaten a lot of chicken. But you would not have eaten Chicken Malai Tikka, that too Dubai style. For this you will have to come to Bhojpur. A startup Papa’s Cafe has been opened here. There are three brothers who lost it. After completing an MBA, he worked in Dubai for 12 years. Then he opened this startup with his engineer brother. The startup, which was started just a few months ago, has become popular among the people in a very short time. Due to keeping the prices lower than other places, crowds of people gather in Milky Mohalla of Arrah.
The chef was hidden inside both the brothers
Three brothers, Nadir Kamal (Dubai Return), Md. Arzam (Civil Engineer) and Md. Ambar have started this startup together. In this, Nadir has done MBA and has worked for 12 years in a good position in Dubai. Apart from this Mohd. Ajram used to work in civil engineering, but there was a chef hidden inside both the brothers. Because of which the food items were started by both of them. He was supported by his elder brother Md. Ambar.
This is how their story began
Dubai returnee Nadir Kamil told that he worked at different places in Gulf countries for 12 years. Spent more time in Dubai. They used to party there during holidays with the help of local people. Chicken Malai Tikka was made at the party there. The taste there is completely different from the Indian Malai Tikka.
Because of the taste, we also learned to make it. For this reason we wanted to take this taste to our birthplace. Apart from this, Mohd. Ajarm is a civil engineer, but he also likes cooking very much. Because of which we decided to leave the job and start our own startup. The taste of Dubai’s Chicken Malai Tikka should be taken to Ara. Then what, we started it here in Bhojpur. As soon as it was launched, its taste has reached people’s lips.
Enjoy for just Rs 100
Papa’s Cafe offers pizza, burgers and pastries. But especially Chicken Malai Tikka, Tandoori Tikka and Roasted Murgh Muslim are given more preference. Their price is Rs 100 per sequence. One skewer contains 200 grams of chicken. Generally, 20 to 25 kg of chicken is used here every day just for kebabs. When it was started, it started with just 3 to 4 kg chicken, today it has reached 20 to 25 kg. It is expected that the consumption will double in the coming month of Ramadan.
