It is very easy to make it at home. So let’s know about its recipe.

Material
400 grams jackfruit
half cup gram flour
5 potatoes
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
2 finely chopped onions
2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder
5-6 finely chopped green chillies
oil as required
salt as per taste

For vegetable gravy
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
15- 16 cashews
half teaspoon turmeric powder
half teaspoon cumin
1 bay leaf
half teaspoon hot spices
2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
half spoon garam masala
1 teaspoon finely chopped green coriander leaves

How to make jackfruit koftas

,To make jackfruit koftas, first apply mustard oil on both hands and remove the peel from the jackfruit.
,Then wash it with water and boil the jackfruit and potatoes in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water for 2 whistles.
,When the whistle goes out, take out the potatoes and jackfruit from the pressure cooker and take them out in a bowl.
,Then mash it well. Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli and ginger-garlic paste into it.
,After this add red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, gram flour and salt and mix.
,Then give this mixture the shape of round koftas. After this, heat a pan on the gas.
,When the pan becomes hot, add oil into it. After the oil is hot, put all the koftas in it one by one and fry them well.

How to make kofta gravy

,To make gravy for kofta, first heat the pan on gas.
,When the pan becomes hot, add oil in it. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, bay leaves and hot spices and let it crackle.
,Then add onion paste to it and fry it. After some time, add ginger-garlic paste to it.
,When these things are fried well, add tomato paste and salt to it.
,Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and fry the spices well.
,When the spices are roasted well, add cashew paste to it and mix.
,When the gravy starts releasing oil, add water as required and mix.
,Now cook the gravy until it boils.
,Then add fried koftas in it. Also add garam masala and finely chopped green coriander and mix.
-Turn off the gas after 5 minutes.
Your delicious jackfruit koftas are ready. You can serve it hot with puri, parantha, roti or rice.
