We are talking about Raj Lakshmi Sweets and Restaurant. Yashpal Dhiman tells that he has been engaged in this ancestral work since childhood, but his children are now working and he is not able to run this shop alone. Due to their taste, their samosas and sweets are in great demand. But he is not able to produce much. He says that whatever he does, he maintains that quality. So that the customers happily eat their samosas and sweets, seeing which gives them satisfaction. He prepares many sweets like Samosas, Matar, Namak Pare, Shakkar Pare, Boondi, Laddu, Barfi etc. fresh daily. He says that today in Dehradun they give a samosa for Rs 15, but no matter how expensive the potatoes become, they give a samosa only for Rs 10 and also give hot gulab jamun for Rs 10.
