This paan is being fed to the people through the Manoj Paan shop located at the gate of the fair. At the same time, you can try special paan all in one for 50 rupees.
Manoj, the owner of the shop, says that smoke pan is made from liquid nitrogen. A dry paste is made by mixing cashews, raisins, almonds and other cheeses in this paan. After that, five types of cherry, fennel, clove, cardamom, coconut powder, gulkand etc. are mixed on the betel leaf and fed by pouring nitrogen liquid on it. Smoke is formed as soon as nitrogen liquid is added, which is put in people’s mouth. The specialty of this paan is that it cools the mouth due to which the eater feels the freshness. The cost of this paan is Rs.30. Paan of many flavors found here is not found anywhere else in the district.
Manoj told that there is a trend of making videos of Paan with fire. That’s why people are liking it a lot. The fire pan which is being fed in the shop, people are making many videos and reels by eating it. Cashew raisin paste is mixed with a powder in this paan which is put on fire. After which it is fed to the people. People make a lot of reels of this special paan. The rate of this paan is 20 rupees in Disneyland fair.
He told that the most expensive paan available in his shop is All in One Paan. Five types of chutney, cashew nuts, raisins, rose scent, five types of cherries, 6 types of sweets and gulkand are made in it. This paan is the most special paan of their place. Food ingredients are mixed according to the price of this paan. Apart from this, many types of paan including ordinary paan, Banarasi paan are also being offered to the lovers.
