Former IAS and then Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Noida Authority Mohinder Singh has been summoned by the ED in the Noida Hacienda land scam.
After the raid at Mohinder’s Chandigarh residence last week, movable and immovable properties worth crores of rupees were found, he has been called for questioning at the ED’s zonal office in the capital on Wednesday.
If sources are to be believed, after questioning Mohinder in this case of fraud of Rs 426 crore, many other IAS officers who were posted as CEO in Noida Authority may also be questioned. These include Sanjeev Saran, Rama Raman and the officers posted after them.
Apart from this, other officers and employees of the authority looking after the work related to the Hacienda project will also be called for questioning.
