Eid moon was not visible in Saudi Arabia on Monday (8 April 2024). Eid is celebrated in India a day after Saudi Arabia. According to this, Eid will be celebrated in Saudi Arabia on Wednesday (April 10, 2024). According to this, Eid ul-Fitr can be celebrated in India on Thursday (11 April 2024).
The month of Shawwal will start from 10th April

When is the last day of Ramadan?
The Australian Fatwa Council also announced on Monday that the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr will be celebrated on Wednesday (April 10, 2024). With this announcement, it has been decided that the month of Shawwal will start from 10th April and 9th April 2024 will be the last day of Ramadan.
