Method for making flour vegetable
To make flour vegetable, first sift wheat flour in a vessel. After this add little by little cup of water and knead the dough. After this, cover the dough for half an hour and keep it aside. After this, take water in a utensil and wash it after putting the kneaded flour in it. Do this 4 to 5 times so that the thick solution stops coming out of the flour. After this, place the flour on a sieve and press it with a rolling pin or any round flat object so that the remaining water of the flour also comes out.
When the water of the flour comes out, after 10 minutes cut it into small rectangular pieces. Now take water in a vessel and keep it for heating. When the water starts boiling, add flour pieces to it and boil it. After boiling the flour pieces for about 20 minutes, turn off the gas and take out the boiled flour pieces in a plate.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put boiled pieces of flour in it and deep fry them. Deep fry till the pieces are golden and crispy. After this take them out in a plate. Now take another pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it. After the oil is hot, add spices like cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, asafoetida etc. and fry for some time.
