Roshan, the operator of the chaat stall, said that his father Krishna Shah started the stall 40 years ago. Since then, there has been no change in the recipe and even today tasty chaat is made here without garlic and onion. He said that Papdi Chaat, Double Gupchup Chaat, Tikki Chaat, Dahi Gupchup, Meetha Gupchup and Pani Puri are famous here. People come here from far and wide to eat chaat. Customers can enjoy a full plate of chaat for Rs 50 and a half plate of chaat for Rs 30. 7 pieces of golgappas are given for Rs 20.

Consumption of more than 100 plates of chaat daily
Regarding the process of making chaat, Roshan said that first of all potatoes are boiled well and prepared. Then as per the requirement of chaat, papdi is broken, sweet chutney, green chutney, curd, sev, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt is added and given to the customer. Operator Roshan said that more than 100 plates of chaat are consumed daily at his shop. He keeps his shop open daily from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
