But let us tell you that now you will also get to eat South’s famous Uttapam in the Redi stall situated on the roadside in Godda. Let us tell you that the taste of this uttapam will be completely similar to the uttapam made in the southern region. Uttapam is a completely delicious and harmless dish. In which no oil or spice of any kind is added. Only one person’s stomach gets filled with one Uttam. Whose price is 40 rupees.

Raju Pandit, who sold Uttapam, said that earlier he used to work as a cook in a big restaurant in Hyderabad. When he returned to his village after the lockdown, he set up his own stall of South Dish in Pathargama, Godda. Till now not even any retail shopkeeper sold Uttam in Godda. People are also liking this new item very much.

How is Uttam made?
Raju further said that this uttapam is made by grinding arava rice and urad dal. Where it is cooked on the tawa in a slightly thick layer and finely chopped tomatoes, carrots and other salads are added to it and it is roasted in light oil. And coconut chutney and sambar are given along with the uttapam. Roshan Shukla, who came to eat the uttapam, told that he had earlier eaten uttapam in a big restaurant in Godda. But even there it did not taste like what is available at this stall. He has been coming to this cart for the last 20 days to eat uttapam.
