Remains of bones of ancient animals have also been found near this place.
International airport to be built
It is believed that many types of rituals would have been performed at this place in ancient times. Now archaeologists will investigate this place but due to this the work of the airport being built here may stop. The radar station of Crete’s international airport was to be built in place of this structure on Papura Hill. This airport will be ready by 2027. It is believed that 1.8 crore people will use this airport annually. The Greek government will now look for another place to build the radar station.
