In Saharanpur, a youth resident of Chhutmalpur area has accused former Minister of State Dr. Vinod Arya, father of Pulkit Arya, accused in the famous Ankita Bhandari murder case of Uttarakhand, of attempting to commit misdemeanor and failing that, of trying to kill him. The young man has been Dr. Vinod Arya’s driver for ten days.

On not taking action by the police, the victim youth (25) has pleaded for justice by giving an application before the Haridwar court. The youth told that after getting information on a website, he joined Jwalapur Haridwar resident Dr. Vinod Arya, former Minister of State, Uttarakhand Government, on November 12 as a driver. It is alleged that only after two-three days, Dr. Vinod Arya started calling her to his room in the night on the pretext of exercise, where in the name of massaging her, he did obscene acts and also tried to misbehave with her. When the matter went beyond limits, he ran away leaving Dr. Vinod Arya’s car at Pauri at that time.

The victim says that he had come to his house on 21 November. On November 22, he went to the market on a bike for some work. Taking his name, one of the three youths riding a bike on the Dehradun road hit his bike hard, in which he suffered a serious head injury. Hand bone broken. He remained unconscious for two days.
