This is how special veg biryani is prepared
While talking to Local 18, Morpal Kashyap said that he is a resident of Hasanpur. Learned to make special veg biryani from Moradabad and now feeding the people of Saharanpur. Morpal Kashyap explains that to make veg biryani, first of all a paste of garlic, ginger, tomato and ginger is added. After roasting all these, Basmati rice is added to it and to give better taste to the biryani, various types of home prepared spices are used in it. Also various things including peas, cheese, soybean, onion, green chillies are used.

15 to 20 kg rice biryani is sold daily
Morpal Kashyap tells that he started selling veg biryani from just 2.5 kg rice 3 to 4 months ago. People started liking the taste of veg biryani made with their own hands and today within 4 months they are making 15 to 20 kg of basmati rice veg biryani every day. From 10:00 to 3:00 the biryani runs out and people still leave empty handed. Talking about the price of biryani, a full plate is given for only ₹ 30 to ₹ 60. Chutney prepared from red chilli and curd further enhances the taste of biryani. After eating biryani, special laddu prepared from coconut is given as sweet.
