Today we are going to tell you the recipe of Punjabi style radish paratha, which is rich in both taste and health. Its spicy taste will be liked very much by the children and elders of your house.
necessary materials
Wheat flour 2 cups, grated radish 3/4 cup, finely chopped radish leaves 1/4 cup, curd (low fat) 3/4 cup, turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon, red chili powder as per taste, salt as per taste, oil 1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander leaves
Refined oil or ghee for baking paratha
First of all, add two pinches of salt and a little oil to wheat flour. Then mix curd in it and prepare soft dough. If needed, add some lukewarm water. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes. You can also add some celery to it to enhance the taste.
Process of making stuffing
The life of radish paratha is its stuffing. Mix grated radish and radish leaves and add a little salt to it. Leave it for 5 minutes, so that the water from radish drains out. Squeeze the water and add turmeric, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and chopped coriander leaves to it. In this way your tasty stuffing will be ready.
Method to make Paratha
Make small balls and roll them lightly. Now fill the stuffing in the middle and close the edges well. Prepare paratha by rolling it gently. Add ghee or oil on a hot pan and cook the paratha on medium flame. Bake until light brown on both sides.

It is important to squeeze out the water from the stuffing well, so that it becomes easier to roll the paratha. Baking the paratha in ghee further enhances its taste. Serve hot Punjabi style radish paratha with curd, pickle or butter. Its taste will make your winter meal special.
