Mohammad Chand told about Shahi Paan Lachhdar Rabdi. He said that he takes 3 hours to make rabri from about 5 kg milk. Because of the process of making rabri by burning milk, it is named Shahi Paan Lachhedar Rabri. Also told that pistachios, almonds and saffron are also used to make this rabri.

People are crazy about taste
A person named Puneet told that he has been eating the royal paan waxed Rabdi of this shop for almost 20 years. They have never found a taste like this anywhere else. At the same time, a person named Aleem told that he has been coming to Chandni Chowk for 6 years and does not forget to eat Mohammad Chand’s waxed rabri. Apart from this, another customer Ravi said that he is eating Rabdi for the first time at this shop, but till date he has not got such a taste anywhere else.

To come here, you will have to get down from the Yellow Metro Line at Chandni Chowk Metro Station. As soon as you come out of Gate No. 5, you will find this shop near the Town Hall in main Chandni Chowk. You can visit this shop 6 days a week from 11 am to 8 pm. The shop remains closed on Sundays.
