This is how they are prepared
First of all potatoes are boiled. After boiling the potatoes, grinded whole spices prepared by hand are added to it and peas and cheese are mixed with the potatoes. Samosa is prepared from white flour dough. At the same time, for Bundi Raita, curd is set at night and in the morning the raita is prepared by kneading the curd and adding spices to it. Boondi is added to raita and served with samosas.
