Sevpuri is prepared using special recipes using ingredients brought from Varanasi. There is always a crowd of people eating it. Its taste is such that people eat Sevpuri immediately as soon as they take it in the plate.
What is the recipe after all?
First of all the potatoes are boiled. After boiling the potatoes, it is mixed well with hands.
