Haryana News: A vehicle fell into the canal in Fatehabad, Haryana on Friday night. There were 14 people on this vehicle. 7 people died in this incident. This vehicle was coming from Fazilka in Punjab. There were also some people from Haryana who came to the wedding. Local people informed the police after which three people were rescued safely at night. Some people are still missing whose search is on.
SDM Jagdish Chandra spoke to the media on Saturday on this incident. Jagdish Chandra said, “This is a matter of last night. 14 people were in the vehicle. He came to marriage to Fazilka. Some people were from Haryana and some from Punjab. The villagers informed the administration about the fall of the vehicle in the canal. After this, I and DSP came at night. We had rescued three of them. Out of that, one had died at night. When I came from Punjab, five more dead bodys have been found in the canal. They have been identified. These vehicles were rider.
Team made to find missing people
Jagdish Chandra told that the team is engaged to search for the rest and efforts are on. There is a team of NDRF and SDRF. A team of four divers has been called from Sirsa. Divers have also been called from Narwana. That team is different working.

SDM said that the bodies have been identified. He has been identified by the sarpanch. The dead include a child and an elderly woman. Water in the canal is being reduced to remove the dead bodies. A complaint has been received that due to lack of walls on the banks of the canal, such accidents happen and the wall will be built by talking to the irrigation department. Pa
