Father, son accused of murdering truck driver arrested by police

The truck driver, a resident of Saket Colony for ten months, was murdered by hitting him on the head with a stick and strangulating him with a pot. Quoting the interrogation of the murder accused, the police said that the reason behind the incident was the incident of the driver committing adultery with the cleaner.
42-year-old Ajay Pathak, son of Bhure Lal Pathak, resident of Saket Colony, Aligarh Road, Kotwali Hathras Gate area, was a truck driver by profession. On July 16 last year, he had left home saying he was going to Mathura and then went missing. When the whereabouts of the deceased were not known, the deceased’s brother Vijay Pathak had also filed a missing complaint at Kotwali Hathras Gate. Kotwali Hathras Gate Police, Special Operation Group (SOG) and surveillance team were deployed by SP to search for Ajay Pathak.
With the help of CDR, on May 11, Kotwali Hathras Gate police arrested the accused Sushil Kumar son of Omprakash and Vishnu alias Vinay son of Sushil Kumar resident of Gan Saket Colony police station Hathras Gate. On the trail of the accused, the police recovered the male skeleton of the deceased Ajay Pathak from the drain located behind the sole factory of KGN Traders Islam Nagar Tedi Bagiya shoe in Agra. The police have also recovered a stick and a towel from the spot on the marks of the accused.
