Mumbai LIC Building Fire: A sudden fire broke out on Thursday (February 9) on the second floor of LIC building in Girgaon, Mumbai. As soon as the people came to know about the fire, they informed the fire brigade and the police. After this, many fire engines reached the spot. Efforts are being made to extinguish the fire.
No casualty has been reported so far. Earlier on Wednesday (February 8) itself, a huge fire broke out in a godown in Borivali West area of Mumbai. Nine fire tenders went to the spot to douse the fire. After which the fire was controlled.

There was no casualty in the accident
The two-storey building was engaged in the morning. Eight fire tenders had reached the spot to douse the fire and after a lot of effort the fire was brought under control. There was no casualty in this accident. Fire officials had told that the fire broke out in the salary savings scheme section of the two-storey LIC office.
