Late night, a fire broke out in a scrap warehouse located in Shivdaspur Banshidhar Garden of Manduwadih police station area, creating chaos. Due to the fire at around 12.30 in the night, nearby people got scared and came out of the house. Bhola Gupta and Gaya Gupta, both brothers, work in a scrap warehouse and went home late at night.

The house is located at a distance of 200 meters from the warehouse. Neighbors informed Bhola Gupta about the fire. After which when he reached the warehouse, he saw that the junk items were burning. Outpost in-charge Pawan Kumar, who reached the information, called the fire brigade vehicle. After which the fire brigade vehicle arrived and started rescue work. The fire could be controlled after an hour.
Three fire brigade vehicles had reached the spot. The outpost in-charge said that the fire was caused by a short circuit due to which the plastic waste got burnt. Police station in-charge Manduwadih Bharat Upadhyay had also reached the spot. Now information about the cause of the fire is being sought and the damage is also being investigated.
