Flybig CMD Captain Sanjay Mandaviya will also be present on this occasion. Vishal Garg told that the next flight will depart on March 14. Soon the company will have daily flights departing from Lucknow in the morning and arriving in Aligarh from Lucknow in the evening. In the second phase, flight service will be started from Aligarh to other cities.
First got a chance to start flights from Kanpur, now from Aligarh
Aligarh Airport flight is starting under the supervision of Aligarh DM Visakh ji. Earlier, while being Kanpur DM, he had also started the flight from Chakeri Airport of Kanpur on 26 May 2023. DM said that it was a coincidence that he got the opportunity to start the flight in Kanpur also. Now for the second time, flights are being started from Aligarh also. He told that Flybig, which manages the airport and operates the flights, has been asked to start flights from Lucknow as well as Ayodhya. Many people are interested in going to Ayodhya. After this, flights to Banaras, Gorakhpur, Delhi and other cities will be able to start. DM said that after the expansion of the airport, a runway of about three kilometers will be built. After this, even big planes will be able to land here easily.

State Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra said that flights are going to start from Aligarh Airport from March 11. Currently, 19 seater air service will start from here to Lucknow, soon 90 seater and other air services will start. In the coming time, the airport will be given a grand look with its expansion. Boeing flights will land at this airport. International flights will also be available from outside. After this, apart from Lucknow, you will be able to travel to cities like Bengaluru, Kolkata, Mumbai. Till now there were ten airports in the state, now there are 15 airports, six more airports will start soon. Jewar Airport, which will be India’s largest airport, will be opened. He will connect directly to the world. It will be the second airport of Delhi. Initially, flights will start three days a week. After this, after the connectivity increases, this flight will start for six days. Any city can be judged by its facilities. Certainly, after the construction of the airport in Aligarh, its importance will increase in the country and the world. The lock and hardware traders here will also get help in going to India and abroad and expanding their business. Aligarh is moving towards development. Here the construction work of Raja Mahendra Pratap Singh Raj University is going on which will be completed soon. In the future, Aligarh will touch the sky in terms of progress. The way industrial development is taking place. Here, many projects of the second node of the Defense Corridor have been approved. Due to which the development of Aligarh will accelerate. With the construction of State University and Smart City, the facilities have increased and the picture of development in Aligarh is changing, which will give wings to the development here.
