First fruit chaat stall opened in Gumla – News18 Hindi

But these days a fruit chaat stall is being set up in front of the Birsa Agricultural Library located in the court complex of Gumla city.

Gumla is the first fruit chaat stall of the district. It operates under the name of David Fruit Chaat. Its craze is making people crazy. This can be estimated from this. Within a few hours the entire material gets cleaned. Goods have to be ordered again. Due to this stall being unique in the district, it has become famous throughout the district within a few days. People are crazy about this chaat.

Stall operator Jagrani Tirkey said that I am a resident of Tetra village of Basia block of Gumla. My husband is in CRPF. After studying nursing, I was doing duty in Jamshedpur. She left her job as a nurse and came home to take care of the child. She used to watch YouTube on her mobile all day long at home. The idea of ​​opening a stall came while watching the video. I thought that the children have now grown up a bit, what will I do at home all day long. Initially I was thinking of selling chilli and chow mein. Then I thought that its stalls are decorated almost everywhere. There is not a single fruit chaat stall in Gumla. There will be no competition from anyone in this.

Mix juice for Rs 60
My sister is also helping me in this work. About 21,000 thousand rupees were spent in making the stall and about 30 thousand rupees were spent on juice machines, fruits and other items. Our stall is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some days it happens that all the fruits are lost. Have to order fruits again. I buy all the fruits from Gumla only. We are getting good response from people. There are plans to open 2 more stalls very soon.

These fruits are used
Banana, papaya, grapes, pomegranate, apple, orange, beet, pineapple, watermelon, papaya are cut and decorated nicely in a plate and served for just Rs 30 a plate. Apart from fruits, various types of juices are available here. Seasonal juice is available at the rate of Rs 40, orange juice at Rs 40, mixed juice at Rs 60, pomegranate juice at the rate of Rs 90 per glass.
