This mobile phone was released for sale in 1983. Then the price of this phone was 3995 dollars and it was bought by a person from America for 4000 dollars i.e. 2 lakh 68 thousand rupees at that time.

The world’s first mobile phone was made by Martin Cooper. Martin was born on 26 December 1928 in Chicago. He has studied IIT from Illinois Institute of Technology. He then obtained a master’s degree in 1957 and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in 2004. Martin Cooper’s wife’s name is Arlene Harris.
