fly brain gave researchers a breakthrough to unlock human mind know the full story

Fly Brain Helps To Read Human Brain: The human mind is quite complex. Scientists and researchers have been doing different types of research regarding this for the last several years. And humans are trying to find out about every dimension of the brain. Efforts are being made to understand everything related to it. For this, many brain experts are also doing their own research in different research centers around the world.

Recently, the Medical Research Council of the UK conducted research on the brain of a fly which was smaller than a needle. This research revealed that there were 1,30,000 cells and 5 crore connections in the fly’s brain. This is the most detailed analysis ever done on the brain of any animal or insect. Along with this, the Research Council also said that the fly’s brain will now help in reading and understanding the human brain.

Fly’s brain has more than one lakh cells

Britain’s Medical Research Council is doing research on the fly’s brain. Scientists discovered that the fly’s brain has 130,000 cells and 50 million connections. He also found out what size the connections to these cells are. And in which parts of the brain is it present? Along with this, their relationship was also identified.

Will help in understanding human mind

Speaking to BBC News, Dr Gregory Jefferis of the Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) of the Medical Research Council (MRC) in Cambridge told BBC News that ‘at present we have no idea what the network of brain cells in our heads is. How allows us to interact with each other and the world around us. But the fly’s brain will now help in understanding the thought process in the human brain.

This is why it is difficult to kill flies

If you tried to kill a fly. So you must have seen that as soon as you move your hand towards it or towards anything, it immediately flies away. For this, the research team of scientists is using circuit diagrams to try to understand why it is so difficult to kill flies.

The vision circuits connected to the flies’ brain detect from which direction you are bringing something towards them. And immediately after this, the vision circuits transmit this signal to their flying legs. A sharp jump signal goes to his feet. After this she immediately flies away.
