According to Sagar, the highest demand at his stall is for mixed noodles. More than 50 plates of mixed noodles are sold daily. Regarding the specialty of Mix Noodles, he told that to prepare it, baby corn, mushroom, carrot, paneer and other vegetables are finely chopped. After this the mushrooms and cheese are fried. Then the vegetables and noodles are cooked by adding sweet sauce, soy sauce and chili sauce. It is served hot in the end, which is very much liked by the customers.

Sagar has 18 years of cooking experience. He has worked as an assistant chef in big hotels like Saffron Hotel in Kerala and Bengaluru. Apart from this, he has served as a chef in Makhan Bhog and Royal Plaza hotels of Bokaro. His long experience and passion for cooking inspired him to start his own fast food stall.
