Today we will tell you about such a chaat seller whose people come from far and wide to eat chaat. This chaat shop has been around for 80 years. As soon as 12 o’clock the crowd starts gathering at the shops of chaat lovers. Be it a child, an old man or a woman. Whoever comes here and eats chaat once. He keeps praising this cart. His shop is on Bhagat Singh Road in Dalmandi Wali Gali.

News 18 Giving more information to the local team, shop owner Pramod Kumar told that this shop was opened by his father Harprasad ji before he was born. Which has been around 80 years. He said, ‘I also started sitting at this shop with my father since childhood and I have been selling chaat for almost 50 years. This chaat shop of ours is famous by the name of my father Harkishan Prasad Chaat Wale in Muzaffarnagar district. Customers from far and wide come to our shop to have chaat.

What variety is available
The owner of the shop told that we sell potato tikkis, spiced tikkis, pani patase, dahi bhalle, gujiya dumplings, potato papdi chaat, curd patase etc. in our shop. Which we prepare in a very pure and clean way.

How to make Tikia
Giving information, Pramod said that we use clean potatoes, Fortune refined and Dalda ghee to make tikkis. We always use our own domestic spices in our chaat.

How much do you sell chaat
He told that half plate of only Rs.20 and full plate of potato tikki is given by us for Rs.40 only. In which we prepare a plate by applying two tikki papdi, potato, curd, sour and mint chutney etc. and on this plate we put our home spices on top and serve it to the customer. The customers become happy after eating it. We feed customers six paani per address in just Rs.20. In which whatever sour-sweet water he says, we serve it to the customer along with it.

What did the customer say about the taste
Kailash Chand Goyal, a customer who came to eat chaat, told that he has been coming to this shop continuously for almost 50 years. I have been coming here since his father’s time to eat tikkis. Whenever I want to feed chaat to my family, I always bring my family to this shop to have chaat. Because in Muzaffarnagar, I do not find any tastier chaat than this anywhere.
