GATE Admit Card Release Postponed: IIT Kanpur has changed the date of issue of admit card for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023) exam. The admit cards for GATE exam will now be issued on January 9. Earlier the admit cards were to be issued today. But due to some reasons the date of issue of admit card has been changed. Information about the change in the date of issue of admit card has been given through tweet. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official site gate.iitk.ac.in. To download the admit card, the candidate has to use the enrollment number and password.
GATE 2023 exam will be conducted by IIT Kanpur on 4, 5, 11 and 12 February 2023. The result of this exam is expected to be declared by IIT Kanpur by March 16, 2023. This exam will be done in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. At the time of GATE 2023 exam, candidates will have to reach with an ID proof. Candidates should keep in mind that they should reach the examination center on time. Candidates appearing in the examination will not be allowed to carry gadgets like bluetooth, headphones, smart watch etc. to the examination hall.
GATE score is used for admission and financial aid to master’s and doctoral programs in engineering/technology/architecture/science/arts. Apart from this, this score is sought in many recruitments.
