While traveling by train in Gaya, when the TTE asked a railway passenger to show his ticket, he beat him severely. TTE was seriously injured in the said incident. After the incident was reported, the injured TTE was treated at Gaya Junction. However, the RPF and GRP police station took the accused passenger into custody from the spot. This incident took place in 12321 Up Howrah-Mumbai Express train.

TTE suffered serious injuries on face and forehead

According to the information received, on Friday, TTE Safir Ahmed was on duty at Hazaribagh Road Gaya section in coach number S2 of Howrah-Mumbai Express train. In this sequence, when TTE asked railway passenger Siddharth Jain to show his ticket, he started arguing. After that the railway passenger beat the TTE badly. The TTE suffered serious injuries on his face and forehead in the incident. After that the victim TTE informed the incident to Gaya RPF and Railway Police Station. After this, the team of doctors along with the police reached Gaya Junction.

Railway passenger Siddharth Jain was taken into custody

After the train reached Gaya Junction, the railway police detained the accused railway passenger. Also, the injured TTE was treated at Gaya Junction itself. In this regard, Railway Police said that TTE Safir Ahmed, who was on duty, was attacked by a railway passenger in Howrah-Mumbai Express train when he asked for a ticket. The TTE was seriously injured in the incident. After receiving the information, as soon as the Howrah-Mumbai Express train reached Gaya Junction, the accused railway passenger Siddharth Jain was taken into custody and the injured TTE was treated. He told that the incident took place on Hazaribagh Road of Gaya section. Therefore, a case has been registered against the accused railway passenger at the railway station of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction.
