Thieves targeted a closed house in Gol Baghicha Mohalla of Kotwali police station area of Gaya city. Here unknown thieves escaped after stealing property worth about ten lakh rupees from the closed house. This theft incident was captured in CCTV camera. On receiving the information of the incident, the local police reached the spot with force and started investigating the case. It is being told that the theft incident came to light when the house owner returned with the whole family after his daughter’s wedding and found the lock of the house broken. The victim immediately informed the local police.
According to the information, Nalesh Prasad, a resident of Gol Bagicha Mohalla of Kotwali police station area of the city, had locked his house on Saturday and gone with his family to a hotel in Bodh Gaya to get his daughter married. The wedding ceremony ended on Friday, after that when he reached home in the afternoon after seeing his daughter off, he saw that the lock of the main gate was broken. When he entered the house, he was stunned to see that the cupboard kept in the room of the house was open and all the items were scattered. Gold and silver ornaments and valuable items were missing. After that, people understood that a theft had taken place in the house. After the theft incident, people’s happiness turned into sorrow. The thieves fled from the locked house with valuables including gold and silver.
According to the victim, the thieves fled with property worth about ten lakh rupees. The victim informed the local police about the theft. After the information, the police reached the spot with force and started investigating. However, the theft incident has been captured in the CCTV cameras installed nearby. At the same time, the investigating police is examining the footage of the CCTV cameras installed nearby. So that the thieves can be identified.
