Ghaziabad News: In view of the Jain religious Paryushan festival, Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation of Uttar Pradesh has issued an order. According to which meat and fish shops will remain completely closed on September 8. If anyone does not follow this order of the Municipal Corporation, strict action will be taken against him.
A public notice has been issued by the Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation Deputy Chief Veterinary and Welfare Officer. In which it has been told that the Jain religious Paryushan festival (Kshma Parv) will be celebrated by the people of the Jain community on 08 September 2024. In continuation of the above, meat/fish businessmen within the limits of Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation are directed to keep the meat and fish shops completely closed on 8 September 2024. Legal action will be taken as per rules against those selling any kind of meat and fish on the said day, for which the concerned businessmen will be fully responsible themselves.
