Three artisans of this bus prepare Baati in the traditional way. Baati is baked on traditional upalas, which makes its taste even deeper. The shop owner told that after tasting the taste of Bati Chokha in big cities, he decided to bring it to his city. The customers here say that the taste served on this express is not found anywhere else. People are seen standing on both sides of the Bati Chokha Express bus and chatting.

Local resident Pankaj Pandey calls this Baati Chokha as ‘Dev Dish’, which satisfies not only the stomach but also the mind. People believe that Chokha here is the real king of taste with low prices and hearty food.
