Paranormal Expert Vaibhav: When many of us are in the dark at night, we feel that someone is observing us. Most of the people who have claimed to have seen ghosts have seen them only at night. In such a situation, the question arises that why ghosts are seen only at night. Do ghosts really exist? Why do ghosts come only at night? The possibility of seeing a ghost increases during winter nights. These questions were answered by Vaibhav Bhardwaj, Director of Council for Paranormal and Spiritual Research.

Vaibhav tells that in winter the nights are long and the days are short. Now people do not come out of their homes during winter nights due to cold. The road is deserted, the atmosphere is calm. Why do ghosts appear at night?
Vaibhav told that ghosts are visible at night because there is a lot of peace during that time. There is much less electronic disturbance at night. Excessive electronic disturbance during day time disturbs the energy of ghosts. This is a big reason due to which ghosts are active at night.
