The girl will get compensation
He sued the company on the grounds that he was made a victim because of his age. The company said that he was fired from the job because his performance was not good, but the court ruled on behalf of Elizabeth and accepted that he was fired due to bad faith. The court said that when other employees also come to office wearing sports shoes, why were they not treated the same way as Elizabeth was treated. The court decided to give Rs 32 lakh to Elizabeth as compensation.
