Gobi Manchurian Recipe in Hindi.

Material:

1 cup gobi (flowers cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1 tsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
salt as per taste
oil for frying
1 large onion (grated)
1 large tomato (grated)
1 large green capsicum (grated)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tsp Chinese sauce (optional)
1 tsp red chilli sauce (optional)
salt as per taste
Fresh coriander leaves (finely chopped) – for garnishing

  1. First of all, mix flour, corn flour, red chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt in a large bowl and add the cauliflower pieces. Now mix them well and slowly add water to make a thick batter.
  2. Put the cauliflower pieces in this batter and wrap them well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and then fry the gobi pieces until golden brown.
  4. Now heat some oil in a separate pan and add onion, tomato, green capsicum, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Fry everything well.
  5. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, Chinese sauce, red chili sauce, and salt to it. Mix everything well and cook for some time.
  6. Now add fried gobi to this sauce and toss well, so that the sauce gets mixed well in the gobi.
  7. Here, your Gobi Manchurian is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.
