Harikant Sharma/Agra: It is being claimed that a Shivling was found in a field during ploughing in a village of Pinhat. When the villagers washed this Shivling with clean water and removed the soil, a shape resembling a Shivling emerged. Now people are worshipping that Shivling. People are offering milk to the Shivling. Women and elders are singing bhajans near the Shivling. The crowd of people seeing the Shivling is increasing.
Shivlinga emerged from the field in the month of Saavan
The month of Sawan is known for the worship of Lord Shiva. Along with worship in temples, chants of Bam Bhole keep resonating. In this month of Sawan, farmer Radheshyam, resident of Patirampura village of Pinhat area, was plowing the field on Wednesday morning. A stone hit the cultivator of his tractor. When he saw it, it turned out to be an amazing ancient Shivling. Its length is about one and a half feet in shape. As soon as the news spread, a crowd of people gathered at the spot.
Women cleaned the Shivling
Bhajans and chants of Bam Bam Bhole resonated on the occasion. People started worshipping the Shivling after installing it. When the news of the Shivling emerging spread in the nearby villages, people started coming to see it. As soon as the news of the Shivling emerging in the month of Sawan was received, hundreds of villagers are reaching Patirampura to see the Shivling. The ancient Shivling has become a center of faith for the villagers. People are offering prayers and also making offerings and the phase of Bhajan Kirtans has begun.
Villagers said that Lord Shiva is blessing the village
Villagers Radheshyam, Sunil Kumar and Ramdevi said that there was no temple of Lord Shiva in the village. They had to go to temples far away to worship. Lord Shiva has come to their village due to the sudden appearance of Shivling in the month of Sawan. He has been installed and worship has been started. Soon the temple will also be constructed. It is a very pious thing to get Shivling in the holy month of Sawan. God has come as a blessing on the village and they have been blessed with it.
