Google provides Gmail app by default in Android smartphones. This app is used all over the world for professional work. In the coming time, the company is going to provide AI support in this app. Currently, some users in the US can access AI features through Google Workspace. Google had shown an AI tool named ‘Help Me Write’ in its event. With its help, users can write long emails with the help of AI by giving a small prompt.
For example, if you want to send an email related to sick leave to your boss, then just tell this AI tool (‘Help Me Write’) the reason for the leave and the AI will immediately prepare a professional email for you.

Meanwhile, a new feature of Gmail app has been revealed which the company can introduce in the app in the coming time. In a report by Android Authority, Spandroid has been quoted as saying that in the coming time, users will be able to write emails through voice also. You have to give a prompt to the AI through voice and the AI tool will generate the mail for you in seconds. How will voice prompt work
The feature of prompting AI through voice in Google’s Gmail app will work in the same way as you currently use the voice-based feature in the keyboard. However, Google’s feature will be different from the normal keyboard feature and users whose keyboard does not have voice feature will also be able to use Gmail’s voice based prompt feature as it will be integrated with the app. After giving the voice prompt, you will have to click on the Create button after which the AI will write the email for you.
Note, The ‘Help Me Write feature’ is currently available to some users in the US. It is possible that the company may release it globally for Android users in the coming time and may also add new features to it.
