Google Pixel: Google is going to bring many new and special features in its upcoming new Pixel smartphone. The name of one of those features is SOS feature, which helps people in any emergency situation. With the help of this feature, users can call emergency services from their phones even without any network.
Google is also going to include this special feature in its Pixel phones. Let us tell you that the feature of SOS i.e. emergency calling was included in Apple’s iPhone 14 Series phones launched last year. However, the emergency calling feature present in Apple’s iPhone is currently available only in America and Canada.
Special feature coming in Google Pixel phone
In case of emergency, iPhone users living in both of these can make calling without any network. Apple has not yet launched network-less emergency calling for iPhone users living in India or any other country, but Google Pixel can include this feature in all its Android devices and flagship smartphones.

It is worth noting that SOS feature was seen in a recent satellite update of Google Pixel phones, after which discussions started about the arrival of this feature in Google phones. Users using Google Pixel phones will see the option of Adaptive Connectivity Service in the Safety and Emergency option in the phone, where they will get this feature of emergency calling.
Feature will be available with Android 14 update
Many users of Google Pixel phones have seen the Satellite SOS feature in their phones after updating them. According to media reports, it is being said that this feature of satellite connectivity can be found in the new version of Google Pixel 8 phone.
The feature of emergency calling will also be included with the update to Android 14, the latest operating system available in Google Pixel phones.
