The accused son, a resident of Kusamhi in Gorakhpur Khorabar area, usurped the house in the name of the mother on the basis of forged documents and has now evicted her from the house. The elderly woman along with her elder son reached SP City Krishna Kumar Bishnoi on Monday and gave the application.
The SP has directed the Khorabar police to investigate and bring justice to the elderly. Surrounded by allegations, Amarjit Jaiswal had placed a carbine on his roof in 2018 to implicate his brother. Later he was sent to jail by the police.
Sharda Devi has written in the complaint letter that she has two sons Sheshnath Jaiswal and Amarjit Jaiswal. It is alleged that in October 2020, when his elder son Sheshnath had gone to his in-laws house with his wife, Amarjit and his wife Ranjana fraudulently got the pension and land sale amount transferred to their account.
Not only this, they got a fake will written to usurp their two-storey house. Later we filed a forgery case against him. On November 6, 2020, Amarjeet and his wife Ranjana, along with some people, forcibly took them to Chauri Chaura and got them deeded by fraud and beat them up and drove them out of the house. Sharda Devi says that Amarjeet is the leader of SP. There are 7 cases registered against him in Khorabar police station.
