I am related to Ram, I love Ram. Tulsi asks loudly, Janam-janam siva dehu… that is, Tulsidas with folded hands asks for a boon, O Lord Shiva! Give me only this in many births that I have a relationship with someone only because of Shri Ram and love only because of love for Shri Ram. Shri Ramcharit Manas is the incarnation of Lord Shri Ram.
From Ayodhya to Kashi, the creations of Manas and the footprints of Goswami Das are still present. Goswami Tulsidas started Manas in Ayodhya, while in Kashi, Lord Shiva established it in the world by putting his signature on this book and spread the ideals of Ram to the people. The composition of Manas started on the land of Awadh in Vikram Samvat 1631. Goswami Tulsidas stayed in Ayodhya for about six months and created Balkand. Presently Tulsichaura is established there and Ramlila is held daily.
The epic was completed in two years, seven months and 26 days in Vikram Samvat 1633. Goswami Tulsidas wrote 35 couplets in Ayodhya and came to Kashi. In Bhadaini he brought Ramcharit Manas to completion. He composed Vinay Patrika in Gopal Mandir. Dohawali, Geetawali, Kavitawali were also lined up. During this time, during the time of Bahupida, he wrote Hanuman Bahuk.
