Subsidy is available up to 40 thousand rupees
Actually, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has started the Nand Baba Mission to help cattle farmers and to increase the dairy industry in the state. Under this Nand Baba Dudh Mission, any cattle farmer who buys a local cow will be given a help of 40 thousand rupees under the Gau Samvardhan Yojana. Understand it like this that if a farmer wants to buy a Gir cow from Gujarat, Sahiwal from Punjab, Tharparkar cow from Rajasthan, then the government will give him a subsidy of 40 thousand rupees on these cows. Actually, these three types of cows are very expensive, so the government has decided that farmers will be given a help of 40 thousand rupees on their purchase.

To get subsidy on cow, farmers can contact the Animal Husbandry Department of their district. For this, you will first have to get a form from here. If you fulfill all the conditions related to this scheme and are eligible for it, then you will be given subsidy by the government on buying a cow.
