Keeping these demands in mind, the Central Government can implement Article 371 by giving special facilities to Ladakh like the other 11 states.
What can be the changes?
If Article 371 is implemented in Ladakh. So after that many things can change in Ladakh. Article 371 fulfills the special needs of any state and protects its local interests. After the implementation of Article 371, 80 percent reservation in jobs can be given to local people in Ladakh. After the implementation of this article, the interference of the Central Government may be reduced there.
