government two portals will save you from cyber fraud Chakshu and DIP Portal prevent from Spam calls

Cyber Fraud: In this era of technology, every work is done in the blink of an eye, whether recharging the mobile or sending money to someone, everything is done with a few clicks on the mobile. However, with the speed with which these facilities are increasing, the cases of cyber fraud are also increasing at the same speed. Despite all the efforts of the governments and creation of cyber cells, such cyber criminals are continuously robbing people’s accounts. Now a weapon has been brought by the Ministry of Telecommunications, which can protect you from scam calls and fraud.

Government released two portals
Actually, two portals have been launched by the Central Government, the first is Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP) and the second has been named Chakshu, which means eye. Union Information Technology Minister Ashwini Vaishnav launched both these portals. In DIP, legal agencies, banks, social media companies and UPI apps share their intelligence. If any number is being used for any fraud then it will be blocked at all these places.

You can complain on Chakshu portal
Now talking about the second portal Chakshu, people can complain about suspicious fraud calls, messages or e-mails. In this you also have to share the screenshot and tell whether you were called or messaged by voice. After this you are asked for complete details of the complaint and the complaint is registered. The numbers coming in the Chakshu portal are checked and they are blocked forever and action is taken.

Similarly, the government also has a portal called CEIR, in which people can submit requests to deactivate stolen mobile phones and the SIM cards installed in them. Till now lakhs of mobile phones and SIM cards have been blocked from this portal. The government claims that now about two and a half thousand fraud numbers are being blocked every day.
